RSM Scholarship Criteria
- A High School Freshman or Rising Sophomore
- First in family planning to go to college
- Family income less than $80,000 per year
- Competitive academic credentials
- Passionate about a fine arts, sports or other extracurricular activity
- Currently pursuing a fine arts, sports or other extracurricular activity
- Willing to seek mentorship and work hard for advancement/growth
- Willing to spend time with AAF’s College Advisors
- Role models’ or Parents’ commitment to encourage and support extracurricular activity and college aspirations/plans
RSM Scholarship supports high school students in the following ways.
- Reimburse fees and expenses directly associated with the extracurricular activity up to a limit of $500 per year
- Payment of $1,000 per year for college counselling and advisory services through our preferred vendors
- Access to RhinoNet, a Mentor-Mentee network
- The scholarship award continues throughout the students’ high school years

No, you may apply just for scholarship (if eligible) or use our network of mentors for any specific help, by request
Items and amount of expense as listed by you in the application
You will be paid a lumpsum amount. You will be required to provide receipts for actual expenses at the end of year.
Music related activities such as, Annual dues for participation, instrument rentals, private tutoring, instrument maintenance Sports related activities such as, Annual dues for participation, private coaching, safety gear.

We are a not for profit organization providing free access to RhinoNet (a mentor-mentee network) for all students and mentors. It takes $1,500/year to support each RSM scholarship student. Your financial contributions help us support RhinoNet and RSM Scholarship programs.
